The Mazuma Group

The Mazuma Group, Corp. was founded in 2002 by Lynn M. Naparty, Edward C. Hayes, and Fernando J. Casanova, three employees in a leading engineering firm, who decided to get into real estate investment in 2002 through land acquisition and residential home building. To date TMG has primarily focused in the construction of custom homes with basements, an almost non-existent feature in the South Carolina home market. Many others since then have followed our lead. Our mission is to build homes, both large and small, grand and intimate attaining the highest value and quality for the homeowner.

Unique Builders

Indu Vakharia, Unique Builders’ president founded the company in 1991.  Our mission is to build homes with a high level of quality, regardless of the price level.  Since Indu has a strong background in mechanical engineering, there are many occasions where we is able to modify home plans, while maintaining structural integrity and driving down costs.  Unique Builders offers years of experience building homes ranging between $200 - $900K.  Typical features include granite countertops, attractive molding, and energy efficient/earth friendly materials.  In addition to single home construction, Unique Builders has also developed Eastcreek Park, a 40 unit townhome project in Mauldin.
